Credit card payment

A leading Tier 1 Canadian bank seeks to provide customers with the option to pay their Credit Card bills using cash (with or without a linked Debit Card) or via account funds transfer (with a linked Debit Card only). This service offers enhanced convenience, offering flexible payment options, particularly for Credit Card holders who do not have bank retail accounts.

Benefits

Bank customers with On-Us Credit Cards can make payments at bank ATMs, including cash payments to their bank Credit Card.
Bank customers with On-Us Debit Cards can also make payments at bank ATMs. These customers can make cash payments to their linked bank Credit Card or transfer funds to their linked bank Credit Card via ATM.

ATM Local bill mix

A leading Tier 1 Canadian bank aims to give customers the flexibility to choose the denomination of cash withdrawal bills. Billmix allows customers to select their preferred denominations for cash withdrawal transactions. Multiple algorithms can be applied to the available denominations to determine the default denomination that the ATM will offer to the customer.
This project involved retrieving cassette configuration data from the ATM machine, including reading all counters and cassette status, to present the available denominations to the customer, enabling them to select the bills they wish to receive for cash withdrawal transactions.

Dual Currency on ATM

A leading Tier 1 Canadian bank wanted to implement dual currency (CAD/USD) on the ATM (ABM in Canadian terms). They need to update their operating panel to support separated CAD Balancing/Add Cash and USD Balancing/Add Cash. Also for cash withdrawal transactions they wanted to provide an option to the customer to select transaction currency.
We helped them to update the Operating panel flows and define new transaction flows.
